PVH Names Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer

PVH Corp., the parent company behind global fashion brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, announced the appointment of Alexis Rollier as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective early September 2026. Rollier, who brings over 30 years of global finance, operations, and omnichannel retail experience, will oversee all global financial operations, steering strategies, and financial management for the company. He will report directly to PVH Chief Executive Officer Stefan Larsson and join the company's Executive Leadership Team.

Rollier transitions to PVH from Sephora, an LVMH Group subsidiary, where he has served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Chief Financial Officer since 2018. Over his 14-year career with the beauty retailer, Rollier played an instrumental role in scaling global operations while driving profitability and operational performance. His extensive background spans executive roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, including earlier finance leadership positions at Guerlain, Kingfisher, LVMH, and Arthur Andersen.

In his new post, Rollier will support the execution of the PVH+ Plan, a strategic initiative focused on realizing the full brand potential of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger while generating sustainable, long-term shareholder value. CEO Stefan Larsson highlighted Rollier's track record of aligning consumer strategies with financial execution, noting that his multi-brand and omnichannel experience will be critical to accelerating company growth.

Rollier will succeed Melissa Stone, Executive Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), who has served as Interim CFO since January 1, 2026. Stone will work alongside Rollier during the transition period before continuing in her leadership role as head of Global FP&A, reporting directly to the incoming CFO. Expressing enthusiasm for the role, Rollier emphasized his eagerness to capture global market opportunities and enhance value for PVH stakeholders alongside the executive team.
