YingShen Intelligence's 4D world model robots to Vietnamese footwear factories

Multi-million-yuan deployment introduces token-based service model to commercial embodied AI.

Chinese embodied artificial intelligence developer YingShen Intelligence has secured commercial supply agreements valued in the tens of millions of yuan to deploy hundreds of flexible embodied robots into footwear manufacturing facilities across Vietnam.
The deployment marks a significant transition for embodied AI from controlled laboratory environments to live production lines. Powered by YingShen’s proprietary native 4D world model—which unifies 3D spatial data with continuous temporal modeling—the robots adapt autonomously to variations in shoe styles, sizes, material deformations, and adhesive conditions. Unlike conventional automation bound by fixed programming, the system processes contact dynamics, friction, and spatial changes in real time, allowing precise trajectory adjustments during assembly.
Beyond hardware export, YingShen is pairing the deployment with a token-based service framework designed for international scaling. This model aligns operational costs directly with computational usage and task complexity, offering overseas manufacturers flexible access to physical AI capabilities while establishing an asset-light expansion model for the developer.
