Nirmal Industries Targets Pan-India Growth with Eco-Friendly Solutions

Delhi-based chemical manufacturer Nirmal Industries is targeting nationwide expansion across key manufacturing clusters in Rajasthan, West Bengal, and South India over the next twelve months, supported by stable domestic demand and growing export channels in Nepal and Myanmar. The company, which specializes in polyurethane (PU) footwear chemical solutions including colour pigments, release agents, and in-mould coatings, reported strong customer retention driven by strict colour consistency and dedicated technical support. Furthermore, Nirmal Industries is actively working to develop water-based, solvent-free formulations to align with evolving safety regulations and enhance workplace safety across manufacturing facilities.

Talking about the company’s recent performance, Nishant Mittal, Director of Nirmal Industries, stated that overall market conditions over the past two quarters have remained positive, despite minor fluctuations linked to global conflicts. Mittal highlighted that all PU-related chemical products are manufactured in-house by his company, ensuring rigorous quality control and exact specifications for repeat orders. According to Mittal, this emphasis on reliability and active participation in major trade platforms, such as the India International Footwear Fair, has significantly boosted brand recognition and built a solid base of regular clients.

Addressing safety and market requirements, Nirmal Industries is prioritizing R&D initiatives focused on sustainability and factory hazard reduction. Mittal explained that the company is actively developing water-based in-mould coatings and water-based release agents designed to eliminate flammable solvents within production facilities and improve overall workplace safety, alongside continuously introducing new colour shades tailored to customer demand.

Outlining the company's long-term growth vision, Mittal stated that while operations are currently concentrated within the Delhi-NCR and Bahadurgarh hubs, the focus for the upcoming year is to establish a comprehensive pan-India footprint. He stated that because the business functions as a service-oriented offering, Nirmal Industries relies heavily on its dedicated sales force and technical teams to assist clients directly with machinery setup and application testing, ensuring long-term operational trust as it enters new regional markets.
